In Add Resource, you’ll see a heart icon next to employee and equipment names so you can quickly mark the ones you use most. Those favorites then appear front and center in the updated Add Time menu, alongside options for Me and My Crew. You can mix and match exactly what you need for each job, apply the details once, and save.
It’s the same simple idea we introduced with Favorites in Add Items — now brought to resources and time entry to remove daily friction.
