NEXGEN Asset Management is a cloud-hosted Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS). The platform provides real-time inventory tracking, asset lifecycle management, predictive maintenance workflows, analytics and reporting, and secure mobile field access for technicians.
Federal and public-sector customers use NEXGEN AM to manage government-owned physical assets, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and critical infrastructure. The service supports a shift from reactive to predictive maintenance, reduces downtime, optimizes resource allocation and capital planning, and enables data-driven operational decisions.

The Minimum Assessment Scope includes the NEXGEN AM application, supporting platform services required for its operation, and the customer data processed, stored, or transmitted by the service. Customer-managed configurations and integrations outside the NEXGEN AM boundary remain the responsibility of the agency customer.
