Mobile iPad App – Parts Inventory

NEXGEN Asset Management’s iPad application has a Parts Inventory module that allows users to efficiently manage parts inventory from the field using the mobile iPad device. Users can search for parts by entering the parts number or scanning the bar code on the parts inventory. Once the parts is identified, users have the ability to edit parts information directly from the iPad. Users will be able to identify warehouse locations with the in stock, available and reserved quantities of the parts inventory. The iPad application is a great tool for part reconciliation where users need to adjust the quantities of the parts inventory based on actual quantities.


Mobile Laptop

For users that prefer the full NEXGEN Asset Management desktop, laptops with internet connections (WiFi or cellular cards) will allow users to access the same application as if there were in their office. Users will have full access of all the features of the parts module that includes parts inventory management, minimum reorder quantity triggers, vendors and purchase orders.
