Access & Security

• Added a new look for the login screen.
• Added Mix Mode Authentication. Organizations with SSO enabled can also have named users — you an now assign contractors a NEXGEN username and password without providing access to your AD.

Condition Assessments

• Updated list view in the Condition Assessment module for iPad and Android tablet: Choose between map or list view or see both in landscape mode.

Forms

• Made Favoriting Forms available in more places throughout NEXGEN.

GIS

• Enhanced how users view GIS asset information: Users will now be able to see feature information by clicking on a feature instead of selecting a tool first.

NEXGEN 311 & Contractor Portal

• Added 311 Portal duplicate ticket recognition available on web and devices.
• Limit duplicate ticket submissions by enabling our duplicate detector. SRs within a specific radius that match a specific SR type will be shown to users submitting similar requests.
• Made improvements to My Dashboard: Users can now visit their profile for a comprehensive look at submitted items and their status.
• Updated the Contractor Portal login screen and dashboard page.
• Updated 311 Problem Type keyword search logic to include parent problem types with child problems for more inclusive keyword searching by end users. (#23074)

Work Orders & Purchasing

• Added Warehouse-driven Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
• Introduced WO Cause cascading by Task: Cause lists can now be tied to specific WO tasks.
• Introduced WO Resolution cascading by Cause: Added the ability to link resolutions to causes.

Settings & Other Improvements

• You can now multi-select up to five attachments when uploading images on mobile devices.
• Added the ability to add comments and attachments to records in the Closed or Cancelled statuses (WO, SR, PO, PR). (#27699)
• Updated comment functionality to permit a user to tag themselves in a comment. (#28434)

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where an expired Contractor Portal document, once replaced with an updated document showing a new expiry date, incorrectly kept the client flagged as non-compliant and continued showing the popup. (#28228)
