• UPDATE! Inspections now called Forms:

  The Inspections module has changed to Forms and now allows users to create forms that are not linked to assets. Forms can now be attached directly to work order records.

• UPDATE! Vehicle class renamed to Fleet: Users will no longer see Vehicle as a top level class in their asset inventory. The top level has now been renamed to Fleet.
• NEW! Added the 811 Module, a dedicated space for 811 Dig tickets: Existing 811 accounts will continue to use the Service Request module as NEXGEN coordinates migration plans with you.
• NEW! About Ratings guide in condition assessment records: Condition assessments now have an About Ratings menu that can be customized per template to provide text and photos explaining each rating value.
• NEW! Added direct messaging capability via chat: Users with appropriate permissions will be able to send messages to other NEXGEN users.
• FIX! Resolved an issue that prevented deleting items for work orders when an inventory requisition is issued. (#22600)
