NEXGEN Mobile
Asset Inventory
- Asset Details Added to Devices: Previously missing asset details have been readded to NEXGEN mobile.
Condition Assessment
- NEW! – Condition Assessment Updates: The condition assessment rating process has been updated to allow the use of a 0-5 scale. The scoring interface has also been improved.
GIS
- Base Map Update: Standard base maps have been updated to increase consistency across all platforms. Users will now see the same base maps on NEXGEN's web, tablet, and phone applications.
- FIX – Fixed Work Order Pins Not Plotting Based on Asset Inventory Location: WO pins that previously plotted only on the web app will now also plot in the WO map view on mobile devices. (#20838)
Service Request
- Changed Service Request Status for linked SRs to WIP: SRs linked to an SR that has been moved into the WO in Progress status will now also reflect that same status. (#20443)
Work Order
- FIX – Fixed Replace with Role: Devices now allow tickets to be marked as Complete and Close when only a Role is assigned as the resource.
