NAMI Dashboards are secure, read-only, interactive analytics views embedded right inside the NEXGEN platform. They deliver:

- Enablement — Dashboards are enabled for your organization (contact support or your admin if you don't see them yet).
- Path to Dashboards — Navigate directly inside the Work Order, Service Request, or Preventive Maintenance modules. Select the Dashboard dropdown and click NAMI Dashboard.
- Walkthrough Tabs — Click through the available tabs. Each one is purpose-built to answer key operational questions.
- Blue Tabs (Questions) & Green Tabs (Suggested Actions) — Blue tabs tell you what the widgets are measuring and why it matters. Green tabs give you actionable recommendations based on the current data view.
- Choose the Most Useful View — Drill into a specific tab (e.g., Cost in Work Orders, Details in Service Requests, Effort in PM) to explore widgets, forecasting, maps, or bubble charts in depth.
- Data Gaps Tabs — Visit the Data Gaps section in every module to quickly identify and address incomplete records.
