Some of our major updates include:

  1. NEW Process Area Hierarchy: There is now an additional tree for the asset hierarchy. With it, users can add assets that are involved in certain processes.
  2. NEW Smart Numbering Feature: Associated a 2-3-4 letter acronym for Location and Class. Items auto-number as users make new assets based on Location and Class selection.
  3. NEW Service Request represented as polygons for DigAlert/811 Integrations: Service requests are now represented as polygons on the map for NEXGEN DigAlert/811 integrations. Users will now be able to see the actual polygon in NEXGEN.
  4. NEW Conditional fields for Inspections: Users can now configure inspections to have conditional fields. Configure inspections to show fields only when needed!
  5. NEW 311 Translations: Additional languages are now available in NEXGEN 311. Users will have the option to translate 311 captions to Spanish in addition to English.
  6. NEW Condition Assessment User Interface: The new Condition Assessment UI will hide the existing weighted ACI column and will showcase advanced analytics (including trendlines, dials, etc.). Users will be able to see past CA scores from their new CA record and view CA trends over time without having to navigate to a different screen.
  7. NEW Scheduler Module User Interface: Improvements were made to the Scheduler module that will make it easier for users to schedule and manage work for employees, equipment, and crews. Our new scheduler module features multiple filter options, an overview dashboard, a planner view, and more!!
