We work closely with our clients to determine the appropriate integration requirements (i.e. one directional, bi directional, frequency, live, interval, etc.). These requirements are gathered during the user requirements phase of implementation.
We also create custom client service request web portals that are installed on our clients’ internet/intranet websites. These portals allow external or internal users to create service requests from any internet browser, without having to log in to NEXGEN Asset Management. Users also have the ability to check the status of their service requests and to receive email notifications with service request status updates.
