Asset Inventory
Features

• User defined Fields can now be setup by sub classes rather than just the top main five classes. To enable this feature the Option User Defined By Sub Classes need to be set to true in the Company Options. Once this option is set to true drag and drop between sub classes is disabled. Editing sub Class from one to another sub class for an asset prompts for alert to delete user defined data related to the asset.
• Print Report button on the asset inventory page toolbar prints one default report set for this module. The default report is defined in the gblModuleReports and can be changed at runtime per domain.
• Print Report button on the asset inventory details grid toolbar prints one default report set for this module. The default report is defined in the gblModuleReports and can be changed at runtime per domain.
• Clone Asset feature let you clone one asset to multiple assets. While cloning lets you clone Image attached to the asset, WO History and PM History attached to the Asset. Look for the Clone asset toolbar button on the asset inventory page.

• Added new Field Depreciated Cost which gets updated based on financial life of asset and Purchase cost and Install Date.

GIS
Features

• Integrated GIS module with ESRI Arc GIS web server.  This integration features include
• Show on MAP from asset inventory page launches GIS MAP published by ESRI Arc GIS Web server services highlighting the current asset on the map.
• GIS icon from the application desktop launches the GIS Map published by ESRI Arc GIS Web server services. Some of the common toolbars of this application are

• Zoom Out

• Query
• Can create work orders by using the select tool and selecting multiple asset from the map.
• User can write user defined queries to select assets on the map. The queries can be launched from the Query Icon from the toolbar.
• Double clicking the asset from the selected asset grid launches the asset inventory information.

Labor
Features

• Edit Employee page has 2 new bit value fields i.e. Supervisor and Lead worker which are displayed as check box. The employees marked as supervisor will appear in the Work order and PM under the supervisor drop down and similarly all employees marked as lead workers will appear under the Lead worker drop down.
• New tab with a grid of employee schedule. Start time and End time can be entered for each day of the week for each employee.
• When the module is loaded the tree will not be expanded by default, it will be collapsed. This is done for faster page loading as all the employees will not have to be loaded when the page starts up
