NEXGEN AM’s service level module of the CMMS allows users to track and measure customers’ desired service levels. Users can create custom service levels or pick from our asset management best practices list of predefined service levels. Having the service levels integrated with the asset management system allows users to monitor the agency’s performance relative to meeting service level targets.

- NEXGEN AM’s performance reports are easily generated from the CMMS through hundreds of standard performance reports or customized through a simple report generation tools. Real time performance metrics are presented to users on the dashboard. These performance reports on the dashboard are customizable to the users. No need to ask the reporting expert in the office to generate reports. Users can view and create custom reports easily through our performance report module. Service Levels

The service level is the foundation for developing an asset management program. NEXGEN AM’s service level module allows organizations to formally establish and measure the desired service levels and its targeted performance metrics. Organizations can either custom develop or choose from a predefined list of service level performance measurements to help establish service levels. The organizations will select their targeted performance goals for each of the service levels. These service level performance metrics are easily reported through NEXGEN AM’s dashboard and CMMS modules to ensure that the organization is working towards common service levels.
