Preventive maintenance programs will automatically create work orders by schedule or run times. Fuel management system integration allows users automatically migrate fleet odometer readings to trigger preventive maintenance work orders based on run times.

Customer Service Levels. NEXGEN AM's customer and service requests module allow utilities to effectively support its service levels. NEXGEN AM's optional external service request web pages can be easily integrated into the public work's internet sites that allow customers to generate service requests that will automatically integrated with the software.

Mobile Apps. Recognizing fleet customers service level, NEXGEN AM's mobile iPad and Windows Mobile OS applications allow public work's crews to manage service requests, work orders, condition assessment, inspections, asset inventories and parts inventories.
